Acknowledgment of country

Molti acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work, and recognises their continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We further recognise the Indigenous people’s ongoing right to maintain that connection both spiritually and culturally.

With our head office in Byron Bay, Molti further acknowledges the Traditional Custodians, the Arakwal Bumberlin people of the Bundjalung Nation who have lived in the coastal region for over 22,000 years.

Our story

Established in 2021 by Ben Teague & Matt Martino, Molti was founded on the promise of enhancing human connection through the built environment.

Actions, not words, set us apart. Guided by this principle, we design, develop and deliver exceptional buildings that aim to set new standards for modern luxury in some of Australia’s most liveable destinations.

Our philosophy of leading the end to end development process ensures Molti is able to deliver deeply considered and unrivaled outcomes, not just for now but generations to come.

Approach

As a new generation Australian developer, Molti aims to create places that empower people to live, gather and spend time in a way that suits them, evolving with those who inhabit them.

We use our collective passion, experience and determination to influence great outcomes from design to execution and everything in between.  Our approach is holistic and collaborative, building long term relationships with partners spanning investors, planners, architects, builders and so much more, who enable us to bring our Molti vision to life with passion and precision.

By fostering these partnerships and a collaborative mindset, we leverage collective expertise to deliver exceptional results for everyone.

Team

Our leading team of highly experienced individuals bring a wide range of complementary capabilities, offering expertise that spans all aspects of the development equation, from site identification, negotiation, due diligence, and design, through to management of construction and sales.

Golden Four Drive, Bilinga

Designed by local Gold Coast practice, BDA Architecture, this residential building will create a timeless architectural statement along the Bilinga beachfront and Golden Four Drive. With just two apartments per floor, it features 19 apartments across 11 levels, including two double-storey penthouses on the upper levels. Luxurious communal recreation facilities include a large pool, BBQ area with dining facilities and sauna for resident enjoyment. The architecture of the building is clean lined and structured with a coastal hue, creating an elegant form and materiality that reflects its coastal location. Its scale and massing has been considered in the context of surrounding view lines and council’s desire to create variation and distinction in the Bilinga skyline as it grows as per the City Plan, and is in alignment with 303 Golden Four Drive, currently under construction. Cascading planting around the ground levels and throughout the building builds a relationship between the form of the building and the stunning natural environment. While natural tones inspired by the building’s surrounds deliver a refined architectural outcome and graceful new addition to this beachside community.
