Considered with Purpose
Every aspect of Heirloom has been considered with purpose. The architecture by bureau^proberts draws on the site’s rare light, orientation and outlook, shaping a sculptural form that feels at once grounded and open to the river. Inside, Carr brings a quiet sophistication to each residence, pairing natural stone and fine timber with a spatial flow that celebrates simplicity and calm. Together, they create homes that are timeless in spirit and flawless in detail.

A Language of Enduring Design
The design philosophy behind Heirloom is one of longevity and integrity. Rather than chase trends, it embraces a language of enduring design, where proportion, texture and material connection take precedence. Each residence is a complete expression of balance: open yet secluded, grand yet personal, crafted for daily living as much as architectural admiration.
